Bench, Alnmouth, Northumberland

This is not a public bench, but a sneaky shot of someone's back lot on a side street in Alnmouth, Northumberland. It makes an attractive picture, but I can't help feeling, as with a number of my images, that it needs a human interest story to justify it - a balloon tied to one of the arms, or an old boy fast asleep slumped in the corner of the bench, for instance, or a dog peeing against the upright stick.

Perhaps my 'street' photography will improve if I get out more.
