These old blacksmith's tools, or more correctly the blacksmith's old tools, came with a forge
that was transported to the Museum of East Anglian Life lock, stock and barrel. The forge is
now used to demonstrate the smithy's art during special exhibition days at the Museum.
These now unused tools will eventually be identified, catalogued, photographed and numbered
individually for the Museum's collection, and then probably stuffed in a drawer that nobody will
open for 50 years.
